We offer you a 4 phase service followed up with a comprehensive careers consultation. The phases are as follows:

Phase 1: WORK EXPERIENCE. We use live briefs from companies seeking design solutions to give you the chance to work on real and exciting commercial work. You get Creative Protege as an employer on your CV as well as references and amore commercial portfolio. We operate like a virtual design agency meaning that you can work remotely from home and in your own time. Your work will be seen by some of the best agencies around as well as by our Creative Mentor - Andy Hardwick (studio Director of ripe design).

Phase 2: A CREATIVE CV. We help you design a creative and individual CV to include your new experience showing us as your latest employer. We give pragmatic and bespoke advice helping you to create something that will make you stand out in the creative sector.

Phase 3: AN ONLINE PORTFOLIO. We help you devise a bespoke, online portfolio that can be viewed by prospective companies and will be included on your CV as a URL. This is a mandatory step you will need to take if you want to get onto the shortlists of permanent roles in this digital age.

4. A JOB HUNTING STRATEGY. We devise a campaign to help you get the job that you want! This includes devising a email campaigns, target lists and approach methods.
